ipsa is one binary you run yourself. It answers about the directory you are in, works a task there with tools you can see, and checks a repository's build and tests before it acts, on the sovereign cloud's model fleet, under your own sign-in. The Henge is where long-running agents are kept; ipsa is the agent.
